Tooltips + Portuguese Translation

Uploaded new version. Now it shows tooltips when you select a button (you can disable this in the settings menu). It also has a Portuguese translation now (also you can change it in the settings).
Edit: just noticed a few bugs and some missing translations. Updated it again!
